Stores in Europe have a Vensafe solution. With 13 year’s experience since first launching Vensafe, we have worked up a great deal of knowledge on the needs of different customers. Vensafe Care is therefore developed in close consultation with our customers.

Which Vensafe Care agreement suits your needs?

With Vensafe Care we are always close by when you need us, no matter what!

PREMIUM PREFERRED BASIC
You have a larger Vensafe installation with a minimum of 3 vending machines in addition to 4 – 6 Touch Screens. You have 2 Vensafe machines and 2 Touch Screens You have 1 Vensafe machine and you use product cards
Secure and predictable maintenance at all times is important to you. You attend to daily maintenance requirements, but need a complete service check annually to secure optimal operations and minimal downtime. Emergency service within 24 hours is sufficient for you. You need 1 service per year. You want to pay on a needs basis for extra use of parts and for emergency call outs should they arise.
You want predictable cost budgets and a guaranteed cost for services. You want predictable cost control, but don’t need to pay the price in advance for everything that could possibly happen. You want access to telephone support when you need it.
You want to secure an absolute minimal downtime and want immediate access to service technicians when you need them. You prefer to pay extra for parts for preventive service or if you need emergency call-outs over and above the one included in the agreement.
